Villa Lella is a marvellous property situated in the historical center of Praiano, the famous village between Amalfi and Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. This recently built house is spacious and bright and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Villa Lella is about 100 sm and is composed by 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a wide livingroom with kitchenette and a spacious sunny terrace with fantastic view. The apartment has air conditioning and winter heating and its terrace offers a breathtaking sea view.

You can reach the property directely from the street, climbing about 25-30 steps. Very close to the apartment there is a mini-market and wine shop, which can be very useful during your stay and where you can buy the delicious products of the Coast.

Description:

A wide terrace will welcome you in a cozy and sunny atmosphere. Paved in typical local style, it's equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and beach umbrella. There is also an outdoor shower. The terrace will be private and all yours, only the caretaker of the property (who lives in an apartment of the same building) may cross part of the terrace.

The livingroom has a little sofa, some armchairs, a dining table with chairs for six, a balcony overlooking the sea, a door to access to the  big terrace and also a cooking area furnished with oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. 

From the corridor you will enter two bedrooms while the third bedroom can be reached from the terrace: the first  2 bedrooms are similiar and furnished with matrimonial bed (a bed for 2), television and a lovely panoramic balcony; the third bedroom is larger and has two matrimonial beds, television and sea view balcony.

All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with shower, wash basin and toilet.

The entire villa is decorated with the colourful local ceramic  and elegant materials.

The terrace is simply wonderful!  From here the view is breathtaking; you will be able to admire the traslucent sea of this spectacular stretch of Coast.

Villa Lella is in the historical centre of Praiano, in a great position at midway to reach the other famous villages of the Amalfi and Sorrentine Coast.
In fact the bus stop of the local shuttle is 10 metres to the property. This orange bus assures the connection between Positano and Praiano. You can buy the ticket directely on the bus or in the close grocery.
