Villa Andrea is an enchanting 190 sm villa for 7 guests, situated right in the heart of Positano, close to the street, the town centre and the beaches.

The villa has been recently renovated with precious materials and wonderful decorations. It features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide livingroom, a full equipped kitchen, a very panoramic terrace and private garage.  It's air conditioned and has lots of comforts.

Detailed description:

Villa Andrea is 40-50 steps to the street, which takes to the main square and the beaches. From the entrance, spacious and cozy, you can access to two bedrooms and to one bathroom. The first bedroom is large and bright and has a matrimonial bed, tv station and a balcony with spectacular view over Positano and its magic sea. In this room you can add, on request, a single bed for an eventual seventh guest.

The other bedroom has two twin beds and a window. The two bedrooms are connected from a corridor from where you can also access the colourful bathroom. Decorated in lucid red ceramic, it features a toilet, wash basin, shower and a window. 

Even from the entrance, through a corridor, you can enter the other rooms of the villa.

The third bedroom, with matrimonial bed, has a French door with access to the terrace.  

From this bedroom and the living area you will find the laundry room and the second bathroom, the yellow one. It has a toilet, wash basin and shower.

The livingroom is very large and cozy. It's composed by sofa, little armchairs, tv station, table and chairs and French doors with access to the terrace. From the livingroom you can access the characteristic kitchen, decorated in marble and ceramic, full equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer, dining table and other little home appliances. There's also a balcony with amazing sea view: a spectacular panorama not to be missed, particularly during the night, when the village and the sea are full of lights and colours creating a magic athosphere.

From the kitchen you can also access the terrace, the jewel in the crown of Villa Andrea.

Completely furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs, outdoor shower and BBQ, this is the place when you will spend the most of your time, sunbathing and relaxing. You can dine outside with Positano and its spectacular athosphere as unique background.

The panorama is wonderful as the villa itself, which has been testefully and elegantly furnished from the lovely Owners, in order to offer the best to all their guests.

You will not need a car during your stay at Villa Andrea but if you have ones, you can park it in the private garage (space for 1 mid-sized car).

Location:

Villa Andrea is situated in a very central position, a few step to the street which connects to the main square. The street is not the coastal one but the one-way secondary street that connects the upper part of the village with the lower part and the square.

Nearby you will find every type of shop and service: bar, delicious restaurants, groceries, tabacco and newspaper shops, hairstyling centres, laundry shops, beauty centres, souvenirs shops and so on..

The stop of the local bus is right in front of the stairway of access to the villa.
