Casa Capricorn is a marvellous apartment situated in the historical center of Praiano, the famous village between Amalfi and Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. This recently built house is spacious and bright and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Casa Capricorn is on two levels and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wide livingroom, a big kitchen, 2 terraces with fantastic view and a small box room. The apartment is air conditioned and its terraces offer a breathtaking sea view.

You can reach the property directely from the street climbing about 20 steps. Right on the street level where the steps are, there's a grocery shop where you can buy genuine local products like pasta, wine, bread, delicious meals and cold drinks.

A wide livingroom will welcome you in a cozy and elegant atmosphere. There's a sofa/bed for an eventual sixth guest, a television with satellite channels and Dvd player, a table with chairs and a romantic fireplace. From here you can access the first terrace, the small one, that overlooks the sea and the divine coastline.

From the livingroom you will be able to enter the comfortable kitchen, full-equipped with a dining table and chairs, a fridge, a freezer, cooker, oven, dishwasher and other little home appliances. There's a window with amazing view of the sea and the coast.

A small corridor will take you to the bedrooms: one has a matrimonial bed (a big bed for two); the second bedroom has two twin beds while the last bedroom has one single bed. The double bedrooms have access to the small terrace thanks to a French door while the single bedroom has a window.

Even on the same floor there are two bathroom: one is accessible from the livingroom and has a toilet, washbasin, shower and washing machine; the other bathroom, the bigger, is accessible from the corridor and has a toilet, a washbasin and a bathtub.

Rooms are luminous and cozy while materials are precious and elegant: floors are in lucid blue ceramic, furnishings are in local ceramics, wood and typical wrought iron.

From the corridor there's a stairway to reach the big terrace on the upper floor. Along the stairway you will find a small box room.

The terrace is simply wonderful! It is like a roof garden as there're some coloured flowers and plants. It's full equipped with outdoor facilities: outdoor shower, deck chairs, table and chairs. It's partly shaded by a small pergola. From here the view is breathtaking; you will be able to admire the traslucent sea and the coastline up to Punta Licosa, the point where the Salerno Gulf ends.

Casa Capricorn is in the historical centre of Praiano, in a great position at midway to reach the other famous villages of the Amalfi and Sorrentine Coast.
In fact the bus stop of the local shuttle is 10 metres to the property. This orange bus assures the connection between Positano and Praiano. You can buy the ticket directely on the bus or in the close grocery.
The nearest restaurant is at about 700-800 metres.
